补肾泻肝方对再生障碍性贫血的疗效与血清sIL-2R关系的研究

摘　　要：采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）检测再生障碍性贫血患者应用补肾泻肝方治疗前中后的血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平，分析其与疗效的关系。结果：有效病例治疗前中后的血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ值有明显差异（Ｐ＜００１～００５），且明显高于无效组（Ｐ＜００１～００５），显示有效组临床疗效与血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ值变化明显相关。结论：动态检测血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平可望成为监测再生障碍性贫血临床疗效的指标之一。Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to determine serum sIL-2R level before and after the treatments in the patients sick with aplastic anemia treated with“Kidney Tonifying and Liver Sedating Formula”for analyzing its relation with the therapeutic effect.The results showed that there was significant difference in serum sIL-2R before and after treatments in the effective cases(P<0 01～0 05),obviously higher than tha in the failure group(P<0 01～0 05),indicating that the therapeutic effect in the effective group was obviously reated to change in serum sIL-2R of the patients.The conclusion is that the dynamic determination of serum sIL-2R.level could become one of the indexes for supervising the clinical therapeutic effect in aplastic anemia.
