摘　　要：试验研究环保醚酯类增塑剂RPL-1对NBR胶料性能的影响,并与几种常用增塑剂进行对比。结果表明,增塑剂RPL-1的增塑效果与增塑剂DOA,DOS和TP95相近,明显优于增塑剂DOP,且热稳定性较好;其硫化胶的耐寒性能与增塑剂DOA硫化胶相近,物理性能、耐热空气老化性能及耐油性能均与增塑剂TP95硫化胶接近。The effect of an environment-friendly ether ester plasticizer RPL-1 on the properties of NBR was experimentally investigated and compared to common plasticizers.The results showed that,the plasticizing effect of plasticizer RPL-1 was similar to that of plasticizer DOA,DOS and TP95,and was better than that of plasticizer DOP,and the thermal stability was better;the cold resistance of vulcanizate added plasticizer RPL-1 was similar to that of plasticizer DOA,and the physical properties,thermal aging property and oil resistance were similar to those of plasticizer TP95.
