摘　　要：针对手写英文字符串分割,提出一种基于识别后处理的分割方法。该方法先以过分割方式对原字符图像求出尽可能多的分割路径,然后在对分割路径进行选择时,设计了过分割验证器来决定预分割后的子图像是否需要进一步的合并,并利用识别器和统计语言模型相结合的方法来确定合并方案,以获得更准确的分割结果。For segmentation of handwritten letters,an approach based on recognition and postprocessing is presented.Firstly,the string image is divided into some segmentation regions by over-segmentation paths.In the merging splitting paths stage,the over-segmentation verifier is designed for determining whether each presegment is further processed or not,and the verifier interacts with the classifier and the statistical language model to achieve more reliable results, namely each segment containing exactly one letter.
