摘　　要：目的了解河南省各级医院消毒工作质量状况,找出问题,提出改进意见。方法采用现场采样和检测方法以及资料调查方法,对河南省市县三级医院消毒质量进行了调查。结果经对1996~2007年共计29 660份样本资料统计分析,河南省三级医院消毒质量总平均合格率为84.46%,省市县三级医院之间没有明显差别。在不同调查对象中,以室内空气卫生质量合格率最低,总平均合格率仅为48.21%。结论连续12年统计数据表明,河南省的各级医疗机构的消毒卫生质量整体较好,室内空气卫生质量应重点改进。Objective To know the quality of disinfection in medical institutions of different levels in Henan province,to find the problems and to offer the correct measurement.Methods On-the-spot sampling,examination and the data investigation were used to investigate the quality of disinfection in medical institutions of province level,prefecture level and county level in Henan.Results According to the statistical analysis of 29,660 samples from 1996 to 2007,the average eligible rate was 84.6% and there were the manifest differences in the three level hospitals.The average eligible rate of air indoor was the lowest,that was 48.21%.Conclusions The statistical data in the serial 12 years showed that the disinfectant quality was better in medical institutions in Henan province,but the disinfection of air indoor should be improved in the future.
