北京市某区农村卫生所消毒隔离工作现况调查

摘　　要：目的了解北京市丰台区农村卫生所的消毒隔离工作现况,以便改进和提高。方法通过问卷调查和现场采样检测方法,对该区68所农村卫生所消毒隔离基本状况和质量进行了调查。结果该区农村卫生所中有35.29%布局规范,94.12%制定了消毒隔离制度但不符合相应规范的要求〔1〕。85.54%村卫生所的消毒人员为兼职,消毒隔离知识老化;消毒灭菌器械没有按规范配置,少数单位使用过期消毒产品,医疗废物处理也存在不规范现象。结论该区农村卫生所消毒设施和管理比较落后,应适当加大投入和调整农村卫生所设置标准,保障消毒工作的质量。Objective To understand situations of disinfection isolation of rural health-centers in fengtai district,and provide basis for improvement.Methods Investigation of questionnaire and field sampling examination were conducted to investigate basic conditions and quality of disinfection isolation on 68 rural health-centers in fengtai district.Results 35.29% of rural health-centers had appropriate layout and 94.12% that had rules of disinfection isolation,while it did not conform to corresponding regulations.85.54% of staff of disinfection were part-time and did not master the latest knowledge.Instruments of sterilization and disinfection did not collocate properly.A few health-centers used expired products.Every center handled clinical waste with incorrect methods.Conclusion This investigation indicates facilities of disinfection and administration of rural health-centers can not reach the demand.In order to ensure quality of disinfection,increasing governmental inputs and adjusting setting-up standard for rural health-centers are necessary.
