摘　　要：目的:探讨哮喘控制问卷(ACQ5)、FEV1占预计值百分比(FEV1%)及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)对临床哮喘控制的指导意义。方法:164例确诊为哮喘患者填写ACQ5,进行肺功能测试,抽血查EOS总数,并记录白天症状及夜晚症状评分。其中86例经规范化治疗(60±15)d后复诊并再次填写ACQ5量表,进行肺功能测试,抽血查EOS总数,记录症状评分。按FEV1%将治疗前后各分为3组:FEV1%≥80%为A组,60%≤FEV1%≤79%为B组,FEV1%≤59%为C组,分析不同严重程度患者间ACQ、EOS、症状评分之间的关系。结果:无论是治疗前还是治疗后,3组之间的ACQ评分差异有显著性(P<0.05),且治疗前后ACQ均与FEV1%、PEF%呈高度负相关,EOS与白天及夜间症状评分正相关,而与FEV1%无显著相关关系。结论:ACQ5可以很好地评价哮喘患者的控制情况,EOS与哮喘患者的严重程度无关,但与其症状相关。Objective To investigate the guiding significance of Asthma Control Questionnaire 5（ACQ5）, FEV1%,and peripheral blood eosinophils （EOS） to asthma control. Methods One hundred and sixty-four asthmatic patients filled ACQ5, and took pulmonary function test. Their total number of EOS were tested,their daytime and nighttime symptom scores were recorded respectively.After （60±15） days of regular treatment,86 patients refilled ACQ5,and their pulmonary functions were retested.The total number of EOS was measured and symptom scores were recorded again. According to FEV1%, the patients before and after treatment were divided into three groups FEV1% ≥80%forgroupA, 60%≤FEV1%≤79%forgroupB, FEV1%≤59%forgroupC.TherelationshipsofACQ, EOS and symptom scores in patients with different severity were analyzed. Results ACQ5 scores among the three groups were significantly different（P 0.05）. ACQ had a high degree of negative correlation with FEV1% and PEF% before or after treatment. EOS had a positive correlation with daytime and nighttime symptom scores, but it had not significant correlation with FEV1%. Conclusion ACQ5 can be used to effectively evaluate asthma control. EOS is not correlated with the severity of asthma, but it is correlated with symptoms of asthma.
