摘 要:使用自行研制的改性有机硅涂料,对C30高性能混凝土进行表面涂层处理,并与未涂层混凝土相比较,系统研究了改性有机硅涂层对混凝土耐久性的影响。结果表明:改性有机硅涂料对混凝土具有良好的渗透性和黏附性,涂层后的混凝土表面具有较强的疏水性;与未涂层的混凝土相比,涂层后的混凝土碳化速度和碳化深度大幅度降低,抗氯离子渗透及抗冻融破坏能力大幅度提高。The modified silicone coating made by self was used to handling the surface of C30 HPC,compared to the concrete without coating,the influences of modified silicone coating on the durability of concrete were systematically investigated.The results show that the modified silicone has good penetration and adhesion to concrete,the surface of concrete with silicone coating was stronger hydrophobic;compared to the concrete without coating,the velocity and depth of carbonation of the concrete with modified coating on surface decrease,and the resistances to chloride ion penetration and cycles of freezing and thawing increase obviously.
