几种常用综合评价方法在长沙市三级医院医疗服务质量评价中的应用

摘　　要：目的利用多种综合评价方法对长沙市三级医院医疗服务质量进行评价,以了解长沙市三甲医院医疗服务的情况,同时验证三种综合评价方法的科学性和适用性。方法通过文献分析和系统分析选择了4个维度:工作效率、医疗质量、医疗费用、病人满意度,包括16个指标的评价体系。通过专家打分法确定指标的权重,采用综合指数法、加权秩和比法、加权TOPSIS法对医院医疗服务质量进行综合评价。结果三种方法评价结果高度相关,2006年长沙市医疗服务质量由高到低的医院编号依次是1,5,3,7,8,2,4,6。结论选择的评价指标代表性较好,主客观结合,系统、合理。多种综合评价方法联合使用,方便而且结果可靠,应用价值较大。Objective To appreciate the quality of medical services of the third hospitals in ChangSha city by several comprehensive evaluation methods,and to verify the scientificity and adaptability of the three methods.Methods Through literature analysis and system analysis,four dimensions selected：efficiency,quality of medical care,medical costs,patient satisfaction,including 16 indicators.The experts the indicators to determine the weight of them.Using the composite index method,the weighted RSR method and the weighted topsis method to evalue the quality of hospital care.Results The three ways are high relative.The quality of medical services is No1followed by No5 and No7 in 2006,ranking the last three is No 4,2,6.Conclusion The indexes are of representative considering the patient＇s subjective feelings.Combined use of several comprehensive evaluation methods is of convenience with reliable results,so it has great practical value.
