摘　　要：目的探讨老年颤振的基本病机。方法从中医典籍、中医气血理论、近代医家理论及临床治疗等方面探讨气血与颤振发生的相关性。结果提出气血失调是老年颤振发生内在的本质的病机,是本病发生的主要原因,治疗应从气血论治。结论气血失调是老年颤振的基本病机。Objective To explore the basic pathogenesis of gerontism tremor.Methods From the Chinese ancient books,Chinese qi and blood theory,modern physicians and other aspects of the theory and clinical treatment of blood associated with the occurrence of tremor.Results A blood disorder among gerontism tremor occurred in the nature of the disease within the machine,is the main reason,treatment should be blood on the rule.Conclusion：The blood disorders are the basic pathogenesis of gerontism tremor.
