清热利湿凉血法治疗痛风性关节炎急性期60例

摘　　要：目的观察中医清热利湿凉血法治疗痛风性关节炎急性期的疗效。方法选取痛风性关节炎急性期患者60人,实验组30人,给予清热利湿凉血中药内服,外用活血洗药外洗;对照组30人,给予口服别嘌呤醇治疗。结果治疗组对痛风性关节炎的治疗总有效率为90%,优于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05)。结论针对痛风性关节炎急性期的病因病机和证候特征,在传统的清热利湿治法基础上加入清热凉血药物,可以取得较为满意的疗效。Objective Survey of result on treatment of gouty arthritis with TCM of releasing heat and eliminating dampness and colling blood.Method 60 patients were divided into 2 groups.The experiment group drink Chinese traditional medicine of eliminating dampness and colling blood,and wash it with actived blood medicine;allopurinol is applied to control group.Result The efficiency of experiment group is predominan.Conclusion Baseing on the pathogeny,pathogenesis and diagnostic,associate adopt eliminating dampness and colling blood.Medicine and releasing heat and eliminating dampness medicine,the effect is satisfying.
