后奥运时期我国竞技体育与和谐社会构建之研究

摘　　要：在中国构建和谐社会的大背景下,竞技体育对于民众和社会的影响是多方面的,包括积极和消极两个方面。积极方面包括:1、宣传奥林匹克精神,普及奥林匹克文化;2、增强民族凝聚力,激发自强不息、奋勇拼搏的民族精神;3、丰富民众文化生活,引导大众体育消费,促进体育消费市场腾飞;4、推动社会民主与法制进程。消极方面包括:1、竞技体育人才培养体制不合理;2、退役运动员安置体制混乱;3、精英体育与群众体育的矛盾;4、当代中国竞技体育伦理思想与传统儒家思想的冲突。In the context of building a harmonious society,competitive sports influences many aspects of society.Its influence includes two aspects：positive and negative.The positive aspect including：1、To publicize the spirits of Olympics and its culture.2、To strength Chinese nation＇s cohesion and struggle.3、To enrich people＇s cultural life,guide orientation of sports consumption,boost development of sports market.4、To pull the procedure of democracy and the legal system of Chinese society.The negative aspect including：the drawback of personnel training in China.2、The system of arrangement for retired athletes is disordered 3、The contradiction between elite sport and sport for all.4、The conflict between Confucianism and the present thoughts of ethics.
