摘　　要：体育运动是具有相同形式、相同理念、相同规则、相同术语和相同风格而展示出的一种竞技运动。它是通过人的参与,在一定组织形式下的表现过程,其功能是由竞技而产生的快感;休闲娱乐是一种状态、一种态度、一种状况。它无关时间、空间、活动形式。它必是由人的积极参与而得到的补偿体验。其功能是人格塑造的自由选择活动。Sports are athletics demonstrated through the same form,the same philosophy,the same rules,the same terminology and the same style.Its function is the pleasure created through people＇s participation,in a certain form of performance.Recreation is a state,an attitud and a situation,which has nothing to do with time,space and forms of activities.It receives additional pleasure because of a person＇s active participation,and its function is to shape the personality through the free choice of activity.
