提升高校拉拉队竞争力的探讨

摘　　要：分析高校拉拉队发展现状,指出教练员缺乏正规培训、队员专业素养不高、竞赛体系不完善、训练管理系统较为松散是制约高校拉拉队竞争力提升的主要因素。提出从师资培训、队员选拔、表演、比赛、训练管理等方面入手,提升高校拉拉队的竞争力。The paper analyzes the present development of college cheering squads and views the lack of formal training for the coaches, the low professional culture of the cheering members, the incomplete systems of competitions and training management as the main factors that restrain the development and the competitiveness of college cheering squads. It is suggested that the way to improve the competitiveness of college cheering squads is to provide better training for coaches, select better members, take part in more competitions and improve the training management.
