摘　　要：本文论述了高校图书馆中隐性知识的特点及流通信息对于图书馆的作用,指出可以利用信息可视化方法对系统内图书流通信息(借阅率、系统推荐、读者预约、新书借阅率、0借阅等)进行图书馆采编工作隐性知识管理。This article elaborated in the university library the recessive knowledge characteristic and the circulation information regarding the library function,pointed out that may use the information visualization method to the system in the books circulation information（borrowing rate,system recommendation,reader to make an appointment,new book borrowing rate,aspects and so on 0 borrowing） to carry on the library editing work recessive knowledge management.
