摘　　要：现行图书资料专业技术职务评审中,对论文要求核心期刊、正刊、刊物的级别等,这些都是论文评审过程中出现的偏差。论文质量并不取决于刊物本身,申评者提交的申评论文国家有明文规定,各地应按照国家的要求执行。In Current books materials professional titles judgment,value on core journal,journal to the paper,the class of the journal etc.,all of these is the deviation occurs in the paper judgment.The paper quality isn＇t depending on the journal itself.There is clearance statement about the paper submit for application,respect bureau should carry it comply with the National demand.
