摘　　要：科技特派员制度诞生以来,推动科技与农业生产力实体要素结合,促进了农业生产力的发展。科技特派员制度的社会价值取向就是以其自身的效用满足全社会的需求,其具体内容主要包括:提升生产力;践行并体现"中国共产党必须始终代表中国先进生产力的发展要求";促进社会和谐。为保证科技特派员制度健康运行,必须牢记该制度根本宗旨,坚持其正确的价值取向。Since the birth of science and technology commissioner system,it has promoted the physical factors combination of science and technology and agricultural productivity and the development of agricultural productivity.The social values of science and technology commissioner system lie in that its effectiveness can meet the needs of society.The specific contents include： increase productivity;practice and reflect the ＂Chinese Communist Party must always represent the development requirements of China＇s advanced productive forces＂;promote social harmony.In order to ensure the healthy operation of science and technology correspondent for the system,it is to be kept in mind the fundamental purpose of the system and to adhere to its correct values.
