摘　　要：目的观察孟鲁司特钠对哮喘慢性持续期患儿IL-2、肿瘤坏死因子及肺功能的影响。方法随机选择门诊处于哮喘慢性持续期的患儿52例,随机分为两组,治疗观察1年。观察治疗前后IL-2、肿瘤坏死因子及肺功能的变化。结果孟鲁司特钠组患儿血IL-2升高、肿瘤坏死因子含量降低,各项肺功能指标明显提高,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠能降低气道高反应性,增强免疫因子IL-2、降低致炎性肿瘤坏死因子含量,调节Th1/Th2平衡。Objective： Montelukast sodium is an asthmatic slow duration IL-2,the factor of necrosis and lungs.Methods： random choice clinic is in chronic asthma duration of the 52 cases randomly divided into two groups.the treatment of observation.observation a year before and after treatment IL-2,the factor of necrosis and lungs.Results：Montelukast sodium group blood IL-2 increase,the tumor necrosis factor,lung function in various indicators improved obviously and treatment are differences and there are statistical significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Montelukast sodium can reduce high response to the press,enhancement immunity factor IL-2、 the colors of the dead level of cytokine factor,adjust Th1/ Th2 balance.
