摘 要:调查分析佛山市区各菜园地土壤4种重金属Cu、Pb、Zn和Cd的全量和不同形态含量,同时还调查了各种蔬菜食用部分Cd的含量。结果表明,佛山市各菜园地土壤重金属含量均超过国家和广东省背景值,以Cd的污染指数最大,Cu次之,Cd元素的有效性系数最高。佛山市各种蔬菜食用部分Cd含量严重超标,叶菜类Cd的含量与土壤中Cd的全量、交换态量和铁锰态量均呈极显著正相关。The state of heavy metal content of vegetable soil in Foshan city was investigated.The total content and available content of 4 heavy metal elements(Cd,Pb,Zn,and Cu) were analyzed and measured.The result indicated that the heavy metal content of vegetable soil in Foshan city was greater than the average in other areas throughout Guangdong Province or even the whole country.The valid coefficient of Cd element was the greatest.The content of Cd in vegetables was greater than the state vegetable sanitation standard.In different kinds of vegetables,the content of Cd in leaf-vegetable had very significant correlation with the content of different sort Cd in soil,which indicated that the content of Cd in vegetables was affected by the content of Cd in soil.
