摘 要:采用等温固定床反应器,以单因素实验法考察了反应温度(120~300℃)、甲苯与丙烯物质的量比(2~10)和液相空速(6~170h^-1)对烷基化反应的影响,并基于正交实验设计综合考察了反应温度、甲苯与丙烯物质的量比和液相空速对烷基化规律及产物分布的影响。结果表明;J9分子筛催化剂对甲苯与丙烯液相烷基化具有良好的催化活性和选择性;较为适宜的烷基化反应条件为:温度220℃、甲苯与丙烯物质的量比8:1、液相空速30h^-1,在此条件下,异丙基甲苯总的选择性为97.69%.其中。邻位异丙基甲苯的选择性为4.99%。The alkylation process of toluone with propylene over β zeolite catalyst was studied in an isothermal fixed-bed reactor. Effects of temperature (120-300℃) , molar ratio of toluene to propylene (2-10) and liquid space velocity (6-170 h^-1) on the reaction ware investigated by the single factor test method. The global influence of them on the alkylation reaction and product distribution was also investigated by means of orthogonal test(L16 (4^5)). The results indicated that β zeolite catalyst showed a well catalytic activity and high selectivity on the liquid phase alkylation of toluene with propylene, The appropriate synthetical conditions of isopropyltoluene are temperature 220℃, molar ratio of toluene to propylene 8 : 1 and liquid space velocity 30 h-1. The selectivity of isopropyltoluene could reach 97.69% and the selectivity of o-isopropyltoluene could be controlled at 4.99 %under above conditions .
