摘 要:为了对一种新型稀相连续型气力输送发送罐的压降特性进行分析,本文利用Lagrangian和Eulerian法相结合的三维气粒两相流数值模拟方法,对其进行了数值模拟。并得出了发送罐的高度与发送罐压降特性之间的关系曲线,还对部分模型的颗粒通过发送罐所需时间、颗粒出口速度等参数进行进一步的比较分析。通过对这几个参数的分析,得出高为600mm的发送罐具有较好的综合输送性能,颗粒输送速度较高并且气相压力损失最低。文中模拟值与试验结果吻合较好,最大误差为9%,可以很好的用于指导此类发送罐设计。In this paper,by using three-dimensional numerical simulation technique together with the Lagrangian and Eulerian methods,a gas-particle phase flows simulation about pressure drop characteristics in the new type continuous send-tanks was performed.We got the relation curve between the height of the send-tanks and the pressure drop characteristics from the simulation.We also studyed on some models about the time required for the particles to pass through the send tanks and the particles' exit-speed.Simulation results show that 600mm is a most reasonable height vale of the send tank,and we will get a high particle exit -speed and low gas pressure drop in this value.The simulation value is in good agreement with the experimental results,the maximum error is 9%,it is useful for the development of send-tanks.
