摘　　要：通过对实际生产中钢包水口堵塞事故实例的取样分析,找出了其的产生原因。结果表明,钢包水口堵塞的原因除了提高钢水的可浇性以外,操作工的工作质量也是主因之一。其主要影响为热换钢包水口时防止异物残留和进入,同时在浇钢过程中控制好滑板的开启度。The causes of ladle nozzle clogging are found out through sampling analysis of a clogging accident in actual production.The results show that the work quality of the operator is also one of the main reasons for nozzle clogging besides the good castability of the liquid steel.The solution is to prevent foreign substance from residing and invading during the hot exchange of ladle nozzle and at the same time to control the opening of slide gate during casting.
