摘　　要：为适应我国高速铁路建设的发展形势,天津钢铁集团有限公司通过市场调研、技术方案确定、关键工艺控制,成功研制开发了轨枕板钢丝专用高线盘条。介绍了轨枕板钢丝专用高线盘条的研制开发情况。经检验,盘条各项性能指标达到质量要求,用该盘条生产的轨枕板钢丝性能优良稳定,达到火车时速350km的要求,市场前景广阔。In order to adapt itself to the development situation of high speed railway construction in China,Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited successfully trailed and developed high speed wire rod specialized for sleeper slab wire application through market investigation,technical plan elaboration and critical process control.The paper explains the whole process in detail.Inspection shows all property indices meet quality requirement.The sleeper slab wire manufactured by the mentioned wire rod gives good and stable properties,meets the demand of the train at 350 km/h speed and presents vast market prospect.
