摘　　要：分析了埃克森美孚、英荷壳牌、BP、雪佛龙、道达尔和康菲等6家国外大石油公司1998-2008年的上游投资规模、投资结构和投资地区分布情况,提出了提高我国石油公司投资决策水平、增强国际竞争力的建议。The article analyzes the upstream investment scale, investment structure and investment region distribution situation since 1998 to 2008 of 6 foreign petroleum giants such as ExxonMobil, Royal Dutch/Shell Group, BP, Chevron, Total and ConocoPhillips.It also puts forward some suggestions to enhance the investment decision-making level of China's petroleum companies and strengthen their international competitiveness.
