摘 要:吸引FDI,实现快速提升本国技术创新能力,是发展中国家政府利用外资的出发点之一,但技术差距与FDI外溢效应之间相互矛盾的理论和实证结果未能给予有力支撑。为此,本文基于古典分工思想在企业治理结构与吸纳新技术动机之间建立理论联系,并以此构建企业治理结构选择模型并推导出企业采用新技术的内生动力机制。结论是,技术差距越大,关联度越低,企业越没有采用新技术的内在动力。利用世界银行2001年对中国企业竞争力、技术和产业关联的调研数据检验了该理论假设,该理论命题对中国在全球化逆转期重构精益型开放经济模式具有重要意义。It is the one of the key primary reasons for government of developing countries to attracting FDI that rapidly increasing its technological innovation capacity, but conflicting views on the relationship between technology gap and spillover from FDI has not laid a solid foundation for the policy. Therefore this paper constracts a governance structure selection model for firm based on the theoretical linkage between governance structure and applying new technology derived from idea of classical economics, division of labor and then the author holds the endogenous dynamic mechanism of applying new technology for firm. The larger the technology gap and the lower the linkage between new and old technology, the lower the motivation for applying new technology a firm has. Applying the theoretical reckoning with the study of competitiveness, Technology & Fitm Linkages conducted by the World Bank in 2001, the proposition has an important significance for reconstruct Lean open model in China under the reversion period of globalization.
