政府门户网站安全现状、原因及其对策研究

摘　　要：随着信息化建设的大力推进,政府门户网站在阳光政务中起到了至关重要的作用,各级政府机关(机构)的信息和政策发布、行政服务、意见征集等一系列政务活动,都是通过政府门户网站进行的,因此,政府门户网站的安全运行至关重要。但是近几年尤其是近期出现的大量网站安全事件表明,我国各级政府门户网站的安全现状令人担忧,本文对此进行了比较全面的探讨,并对其原因进行了深入剖析,最后提出了切实可行的应对策略及措施。With the advancing of the Informatization,it is crucially important of the government websites in the sunny government service,such administrative activities as releasing information and policies,providing administrative services,and soliciting opinions,etc.are all based on government website,so the website security is very important.However,it is showed that it＇s worrying about the website＇s secure situation by the security events in recent years.In consideration of that,this paper discusses the government website＇s current problems,probes the reasons,and gives the practical policies and solutions finally.
