摘 要:目的:了解学龄前儿童的健康行为。方法:采用直接观察法。结果:托幼儿童的健康行为优于非托幼儿童(P<0.01),家长文化水平较高的儿童健康行为优于文化水平较低者(P<0.05)。结论:儿童健康行为的形成,受到家庭因素尤其家长文化素养的影响,评价儿童健康教育的效果,应结合儿童在幼儿园内外的健康行为综合考虑。Objective: To understand the relationship between preschool children' health behaviors and their parents'educational background.Method:A survey of health behaviors was conducted among 285 preschoolers. Results: Kindergarteners were superior to the live scattered children in health behaviors(P<0.01), and children from families of a higher educational level had better health behaviors than those of less educated parents (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Children' health behaviors were influced by many family - related factors,especially their parents'educational background, thus, their performance inside and ouside kindergarten should be equally taken into account in evaluating the effect of child health education.
