摘 要:研究了锌渣氧粉在常压、加压氧化浸铟工艺中氧化剂种类、用量以及初始硫酸的浓度等因素对铟浸出效果的影响。研究结果表明,加压和加入氧化剂高锰酸钾或双氧水对锌渣氧粉的铟浸出有较好的强化作用,能明显提高铟浸出率。并且得出在试验条件范围内,高锰酸钾与双氧水为氧化剂的适宜用量分别为25g/kg和160g/kg,对应的硫酸初浓度分别为300和500g/L。在试验条件下选用高锰酸钾作氧化剂得到的铟浸出率比选用双氧水得到的铟浸出率更高。In the process of extracting indium from zinc oxide flue dust by oxidative pressure leaching,the effects of factors like sort and dosage of oxidant,Sulphuric Concentration on leaching efficiency of indium were studied.The results indicated that both the oxidant adding potassium permanganate or hydrogen peroxide and pressurizing can strengthen the indium extraction from zinc oxide flue dust,the leaching efficiency of indium was improved effectively.Within the experimental conditions,the suitable dosage of oxidant were 25 g KMnO4/kg material and 160 g H2O2/kg material,respectively,the appropriate concentrations of sulphuric acid were 300 g/L and 500g/L when respectively using potassium permanganate and hydrogen peroxide as oxidants.The leaching rate of indium by using potassium permanganate as oxidant was higher than that by using hydrogen peroxide under the experimental conditions.
