针刺治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变临床与机理研究

摘　　要：将４８例糖尿病性周围神经病变患者随机分为针刺治疗组和药物对照组，针刺组以健脾益肾、活血通络为治则，进行临床与机理研究。结果显示，针刺组疗效明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜００５），患者的周围感觉与运动神经的传导速度明显提高，并提示，针刺治疗能够降低患者的血脂和血液粘度，改善微循环，促进周围神经损伤的修复。cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathies were randomly divided into acupuncture treatment group and drug control group.In the acupuncture group,therapeutic principles of strengthening the spleen and supplementing the kidney,and promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals were used for clinical and mechanism studies.The result showed that the therapeutic effect in the acupuncture group was significantly superior to that in the control group (P<0 05) ;conduction velocity of peripheral sensory and motor nerves increased obviously,and acupuncture treatment reduced blood lipid content and blood viscosity,improved microcirculation and promoted repairment of injury of peripheral nerves.
