摘　　要：随着两岸经贸关系的日益加强,两岸金融合作也显得更加重要而紧迫。广东是大陆利用台湾地区直接投资最多的省份,但是在对台金融合作方面落后于其他地区。《海峡两岸经济合作框架协议》(ECFA)的签署将促进两岸经贸往来,推动双方进一步开放金融市场。广东要把握机遇,加强产业合作,打造粤台金融合作试验区,吸引台资金融机构,争取试点金融业务,支持广东金融机构进入台湾市场,推进粤台金融合作的发展。Along with the development of economic and trade relations across the Taiwan Straits, promoting financial cooperation between China's Mainland and Taiwan became significant and urgent.Guangdong is the province which utilizes the most direct investment from Taiwan district.However, its financial cooperation with Taiwan lagged behind compared with other districts.The signing of ECFA will facilitate the economic exchanges and cooperation and promote the opening up of financial market across the Taiwan Straits.Guangdong should seize this opportunity, strengthen industrial cooperation, build up Guangdong-Taiwan Financial Cooperation Trial District, attract Taiwan financial institutes, seek pilot financial business, support Guangdong financial institutes to enter Taiwan market, and promote the development of Guangdong-Taiwan financial cooperation.
