血压平滴鼻剂治疗妊娠高血压综合征的研究

摘　　要：目的：研究血压平滴鼻剂治疗妊娠高血压综合征的疗效。方法：治疗组使用血压平滴鼻剂；对照组用硫酸镁。比较２组症状、血压、心电图的变化。结果：血压平能明显缓解症状、降低血压、改善心电图缺血性Ｔ波的变化。结论：血压平通过疏肝解郁，活血通络，改善高血压病人的外周微循环功能，降低血压，保护母、婴安全。OBJECTIVE:To investigate into the therapeutic effect of Xueyaping Nose Drop in the treatnent of pregnancy hypertension syndrome.METHOD:The treatment grojup was treated with the nose drop,compared with a control group treated with magnesium sulfate.The two groups were lompared in symptoms,blood pressure,ECG and changes in eyeground.RESULT:Xueyaping can markedly relieve the symptoms,reduce blood pressure,improve the ischemic T-wave in ECG.CONCLUSION:By relieving the depressed liver and activating blood circulation,Xueyaping can improve the periperal microcirculation.of hypertension patients,reduce blood pressure,improve the cerebral blood supply and protect both the mother and the baby.It is an effective drug for pregnancy hypertension syndrome.
