针刺促进家兔骨折愈合与折伤专主血论关系初探

摘　　要：目的：探讨针刺促进家兔骨折愈合与“折伤专主血论”的关系。方法：在骨折局部组织学观察证实针刺对家兔骨折愈合确有促进作用的基础上，分组分期测试血液流变学有关指标。结果：针刺组在骨折早期活血化瘀、中后期益气养血均能显著改善血液流变性（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１）。OBJECTIVE:To investigate into the relationship between acupuncture treatment of rabbit fracture and the “theory of treating fracture by dealing with the blood”.METHOD:Based on the histological observation which proved the promting effect of acupuncture on the healing of rabbit fracture,indexes in blood rheology were detected.RESULT:The method of activating blood circulation to remmove blood stasis during the early stage of fracture and that of invigorating qi and nourishing blood during the middle and late period could cause changes in nature of blood rheology( P <0.05 or P <0.01). CONCLUSION:Treating fracture by dealing with blood can promote healing of fracture in rabbits.
