辨证治疗疮疡148例

摘　　要：目的：对１４８例慢性疮疡进行辨证治疗的疗效观察。方法：根据慢性疮疡局部创口色泽、深浅、疼痛、脓液、气味，结合中医的整体观念，分为阴证与阳证两大类，选用枯矾液、疮灵液、九一丹、五五丹、生肌散、生肌玉红膏、黄连油膏等中药制剂进行辨证换药治疗，并设“康复新”滴剂按外科换药常规治疗为对照组。结果：辨证换药治疗组总有效率为９７．３％，其中阴证痊愈率为７２．４％，阳证痊愈率为８２．０％；“康复新”滴剂对照组总有效率为７１．０％，其中阴证痊愈率为２２．０％，阳证痊愈率为４０．０％，Ｐ＜０．０１，２组相比有显著差异，辨证换药治疗组效果明显优于对照组。OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effect of differential diagnosis and treatment of 148 cases of chronic skin diseases.METHOD:patients were divided into two kinds,one with yang syndrome and one with yin syndrome,based on the colour,depth,nature of pain,pus and odour of the dieased area.Differential dressing change and treatment were given using dried alum,Chuanglingye,Nine to One Bulus,Five to Five Bolus,Tissue Regeneration Powder,Tissue Regeneration Ointment,Coptis Root Ointment,etc.A control group was given routine treatment using“Kangfuxin” drop.RESULT:In the differential dressing change group the total effective rate was 97.3%,with a cure rate of 72.4% for patients with yin syndrome and a cure rate of 82.0% for patients with yang syndrome.In the control group,the total effective rate was 71.0%,with a cure rate of 22.0% for yin syndrome and a cure rate of 40 for yang sgndrome( P<0 .01).Great difference was found between the two groups.CONCLUSION:In treating skin diseases,the differential diagenosis and treatment method is better than simple treatment according to diseases.
