昆明市AIDS自愿咨询检测1248例结果分析

摘　　要：目的通过艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT),及时发现艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者和艾滋病(AIDS)病例,并改变求询者的高危行为。方法由接受过专业知识培训的医务人员与求询者面对面交谈,按统一的表格登记,对同意检测的求询者免费进行HIV抗体初筛试验,对咨询情况和检测结果等进行分析。结果共有1248人进行求询,48.7%为男性,51.3%为女性,年龄以青壮年为主,20～39岁占了83.5%;89%是通过性接触传播;102例检测结果为HIV(+),感染率为8.2%;58.82%(60/102)感染者为特殊人群,5.2%的求询者得到了转介服务。结论广泛、深入地在特殊人群中开展高质量的VCT,是今后VCT工作的重中之重。Objective To timely detect HIV infectors / AIDS patients via VCT service and change high-risk behaviors among its attendants.Methods Face-to-face interviews were provided by professionally trained health care workers to VCT attendants,and the interviews were recorded with a standardized format.Free HIV tests were conducted among the attendants upon their consents.Both the result of the interviews and tests were analyzed.Results Among the 1 248 VCT attendants 48.7% were males and 51.3% were females,majority of whom were in the prime of life with ages between 20-39 years accounting for 83.5% ;89% of them got infected through sex contact,and 102 were HIV positive with a positive rate of 8.2%;58.82%（60∕102）of them were from the high-risk population group.;and 5.2% of the VCT attendants received relevant referral service.Conclusions Extensive and efficient VCT services provided among the high risk population groups will be a top priority in the future HIV/AIDS prevention and control.
