摘  要:目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸水平对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的影响和意义。方法慢性心衰患者45例,心脏病心功能代偿组33例,健康对照组25名,所有患者均进行二维超声心电图检查及采用循环酶法测定血浆同型半胱氨酸水平。结果心衰组血浆同型半胱氨酸水平明显高于心脏病心功能代偿组和健康对照组(P〈0.05),且心衰组内随心功能分级的升高,血浆同型半胱氨酸水平亦升高,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而左室射血分数与血浆同型半胱氨酸水平呈负相关(P〈0.05)。结论慢性心衰患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平升高,表明高同型半胱氨酸血症是心衰进展及增加心衰患者心血管事件的危险因素,降低血浆同型半胱氨酸水平对改善心衰患者预后有重要的临床价值。Objective To investigate the clinical significance and influence of plasma homocysteine (Hcy) in the chronic heart failure (CHF) patients. Methods 45 patients with CHF, 33 patients with cardiac disease and cardiac function was compensation and 25 the healthy control subjects. The Hcy were measured by circulatory enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and all patients accepted 2-dimensional Doppler echocardiography. Results The level of Hey in CHF group were significantly higher than that in cardiac disease with compensation cardiac function and healthy control group (P〈0.05). With the increase classification of cardiac function in heart failure, the plasma Hey levels elevated, but has no significant difference (P〉0.05). The left ventricular ejection fraction was negatively correlate with serum Hcy (P〈0.05). Conclusion Plasma Hey level increases in patients with CHF, this finding suggests that hHcy may contribute to the progression of CHF and increase in cardiovascular events in patients with heart failure risk factor. Reduce the level of Hey may have important clinical value in improving patients prognosis.
