摘　　要：目的总结心电监护拔牙的护理体会。方法对1224例心血管疾病患者心电监护拔牙进行护理。结果1189例患者顺利完成拔牙术。结论通过术前心理护理，术中密切观察与配合可有效降低心血管疾病患者拔牙的危险性。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of ECG monitoring in the tooth extraction. Methods ECG nursing and monitoring in the tooth extraction of 1224 patients with cardiovascular diseases. Results 1189 of 1224 patients have succeeded in the tooth extraction. Conclusion The fatalness of the tooth extraction of patients with cardiovascular diseases could be efficiently reduced through psychological nursing before surgical , observing and cooperating nearly in surgical.
