视黄醇结合蛋白4与冠心病的关系

摘　　要：目的研究视黄醇结合蛋白4(RPB4)与冠心病(CHD)之间的关系。方法研究对象78例,分为两组:正常对照组和冠心病组。测定血浆RPB4水平,采集有关数据。结果冠心病组血浆RPB4水平明显高于正常对照组[(44.72±16.98),(39.60±12.10),P<0.05]。相关分析显示血浆RBP4与腰围、腰臀比、BMI、TC、ln(TG)、FINS、FCP、ln(HOMA-IR)呈正相关。多元逐步回归分析,ln(TG)是血浆RBP4独立相关因素。结论血浆RBP4在冠心病的发病过程中起一定作用。Objective To investigate the relationship between the plasmal retinol-binding protein 4（RBP4）levels and coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods Totally 78 subjects were divided into two groups：controls（n=47）and patients with CHD（n=31）,Plasmal RBP4 levels were measured by ELISA.Results Plasmal RBP4 levels in patients with CHD were significantly higher than that of controls.Plasmal RBP4 level was positively correlated with Waist,WHR,BMI,TC,ln（TG）,FINS,FCP and ln（HOMA-IR）.In a multiple stepwise regression analysis,ln（TG） was independent variable of RBP4.Conclusion Elevated RBP4 levels might affect the development of CHD.
