摘　　要：目的:探讨大学生群体性发热被隔离治疗时的心理问题及疗效观察。方法:在入院时随机抽查100例发热大学生,对42例心理异常者在常规药物治疗的同时给予心理干预,采用SCL-90、SAS及SDA心理测查进行疗效观察。结果:治疗前后SCL-90、SAS及SDA心理测查结果对比差异有统计学意义,P≤0.01,表明患者心理状态明显改善。结论:对群体性发热被隔离治疗的人群早期给予心理干预很有必要。Objective： To explore the mental problem and intervention of university students with flu-like fever in isolation period. Methods： We randomized check 100 university students with flu-like fever, and 42 of them had mental problems. Then we implemented mental intervention besides medication use. SCL-90, SAS and SDA were used to evaluate their mental health status before and after intervention. Results： All three test results, SCL-90, SAS and SDA improved after intervention （P〈0.01）. It indicated that their mental health improved. Conclusion： It is important to provide early intervention for population with flu-like colony fever in isolation period.
