前列腺素E1两种给药方法治疗心力衰竭效果观察

摘　　要：目的比较前列腺素E1（凯时）两种给药方法治疗心力衰竭的效果及不良反应。方法将100例心力衰竭患者随机分为A组和B组,各50例。A组采用生理盐水100ml＋凯时10μg静脉输注,30~40滴/min,B组采用生理盐水20ml＋凯时10μg静脉推注或静脉输注。比较两组治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果两组心率、血压治疗前后比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。A组不良反应为26%,B组不良反应为6%,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。且缩短了治疗时间,依从性好。结论采用生理盐水20ml＋凯时10μg静脉推注或静脉输注的给药方法治疗心力衰竭可以在临床应用。Objective To compare the curative effect and the adverse reaction of two different routes of administration of PGE1 in heart failure management.Methods ： Patients with heart failure were divided into Group A and Group B.The patients in Group A received 30-40 drops per min intravenous drip of 100ml saline and 10ug PGE1 mixture,while received intravenous injection or drip of 20ml saline and 10ug PGE1 mixture in Group B.Compare treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions of patients in two groups.Results： There was no significant difference between the curative effects of the two groups.Heart rate and blood pressure of the patients had not been changed after administration（P0.05）.The patients in Group B showed less adverse reaction rate compared with group A（26% vs 6%,P0.05）,shorter treatment time and better compliance.Conclusions： It＇s worth to generalize in clinic of intravenous injection of PGE1 in heart failure management.
