脊柱微调手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效与颈椎曲度变化观察

摘　　要：目的:通过对脊柱微调手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效与颈椎曲度的变化的观察,探讨分析手法作用机理。方法:将106例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为脊柱微调手法治疗组(53例)和牵引对照组(53例),通过积分量表观察疗效,并测量颈椎X片颈曲值。结果:两组患者治疗后症状体征均明显改善(P<0.05)。手法治疗组临床疗效优于牵引对照组(P<0.05),手法治疗组改善症状体征积分方面明显优于牵引对照组(P<0.05)。在颈椎曲度改善程度上,手法治疗组亦优于牵引对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脊柱微调手法治疗神经根型颈椎病具有显著疗效,较之牵引能明显改善症状体征。手法获效的可能机理之一是恢复颈椎生理曲度。Objective：Discuss and analyze the mechanisms of spine fine adjusting through the observation of the therapeutic effect in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy（CSR）and the conversion of cervical curvature.Methods： Randomly divide 106 CSR patients into two groups–manipulation therapy group and traction therapy group,53 for each.Judge the therapeutic effect by evaluation scales and measure the cervical curvature on X-ray photographs.Results：The symptoms and physical signs of the patients in both two groups have been improved（P0.05）.The therapeutic effect of the manipulation therapy group is better than the traction therapy group（P0.05）.The manipulation therapy is distinctively more effective than the traction therapy in treating the symptoms and physical signs of CSR patients（P0.05）.The manipulation therapy group also gains a better improvement of cervical curvature than the traction therapy group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Spine fine adjusting are significantly effective in treating CSR and improve the symptoms and physical signs of CSR patients more evidently than the traction therapy group.One of the potential mechanisms of spine fine adjusting could be the resumption of the normal cervical curvature.
