摘　　要：我国捐赠文化缺失现象严重,至今还没有形成有中国特色的捐赠文化体系。其主要表现为:捐赠事业发展较快,但捐赠总体规模不大;企业捐赠逐渐增多,但行为本身缺乏文化支撑;慈善组织发展较快,但需要全方位予以规范;法律法规建设成效显著,但在许多方面亟待完善。社会结构、传统文化、历史惯性和现行制度等因素,是造成我国捐赠文化缺失的深层原因。Donation culture is gravely absent,let alone the formation of a donation cultural system with Chinese characteristics in our country.Main performances of it are as follows： donation career develops rapidly while donation scale is small;corporate donations increase gradually but they lack culture support in itself;charitable organizations grow prosperously yet they need to be standardized in all domains;laws and regulations obtain remarkable achievement though they need improvements in many ways;etc.Social structure,traditional culture,history inertia and current regulations are underlying reasons explaining why this absence of donation culture in China.
