摘　　要：将符号推理、数值计算融合于神经网络中，提出了智能神经元模型。利用智能神经元模型理论设计一个天气预报系统，该系统性能有较大提高。With the theory of symbol inference and digital processing introduced into the research ofneural netWorks, a intelligent neural model and an example of weatherforcasting system have thus been presented . The measurement result shown in the paper proves that this intelligent neural model could improvethe performance of a neural network system.
