摘 要:目的用基因芯片对临床标本进行金黄色葡萄球菌快速检测。方法抽取180例临床标本,其中160例常规细菌培养鉴定疑似金黄色葡萄球菌感染和20例非金黄色葡萄球菌感染,金黄色葡萄球菌质控菌株(ATCC25923)、大肠埃希菌(ATCC25922)采用研究制备出金黄色葡萄球菌筛查的基因芯片进行测定,同时进行比对分析。结果金黄色葡萄球菌检出符合率为100%,基因芯片检测的标本需求量少,检验时间短,敏感性、特异性、准确性更高。结论针对细菌培养的临床标本特点,采用高效的基因芯片检测方法,具有现实的临床意义。Objective To detect Staphylococcus aureus rapidly of clinical specimens by gene chip. Methods In clinical exami- nation experience, 180 cases of clinical specimens were collected,including 160 suspected cases of Staphylococcus aureus infections with conventional bacterial culture and identification, 20 cases of non-Staphylococcus aureus, quality control strain of Staphylococcus aureus(ATCC25923) and Escherichia coil (ATCC25922). gene chip screening in Staphylococcus aureus was measured at the same time to compare the analysis. Results The rate of detection of Staphylococcus aureus was 100% ,gene chips required less testing of specimens,testing time is short,with The high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy. Conclusion For clinical specimens for bacterial culture characteristics,using highly efficient gene chip detection method has practical clinical significance.
