新疆地区维吾尔族和汉族血清胱抑素C参考值范围的调查

摘　　要：目的建立新疆维吾尔族和汉族健康人群血清胱抑素C参考值范围。方法采用日立7600-020大型全自动生化分析仪免疫比浊法检测923例维吾尔族和1 256例汉族健康人血清胱抑素C水平。结果新疆地区血清胱抑素C水平参考值范围:<1岁的男性维吾尔族和汉族健康人血清胱抑素C水平95%可信区间分别为0.85～0.95、0.85～1.00 mg/L,女性分别为0.82～0.93、0.81～0.95 mg/L;～60岁的男性维吾尔族、汉族健康人血清胱抑素C水平分别为0.78～0.80、0.79～0.82 mg/L,女性分别为0.70～0.73、0.71～0.74 mg/L;>60岁的男性维吾尔族、汉族健康人血清胱抑素C水平分别为0.92～0.98、0.92～0.96 mg/L,女性分别为0.85～0.92、0.91～0.96 mg/L。结论 <1岁和大于60岁维吾尔族和汉族健康人群中,血清胱抑素C水平无民族和性别的差异(P>0.05),而在～60岁健康人群中则性别的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),民族差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且此年龄段的血清胱抑素C水平与其他年龄段差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Objective To establish healthy reference range of serum cystatin C by the investigated data from Uygur and Han healthy people in Xinjiang. Methods Immuno turbidimetric assay was used to detect the level of serum cystatin C of 923 Uygur and 1 256 Han healthy people by Hitachi 7600-020 automatic biochemical analyzer. Results In the group of less than ] year old,the healthy reference range of serum cystatin C of Uygur and Han was 0.85～0.95 and 0.85～ 1.00 mg/L in male,0.82～0.93 and 0.81～0.95 mg/L in female,respectively. In the group between i and 60 years old,the level was 0.78～0.80 and 0.79～0.82 rag/ L in male,and 0.70～0.73 and 0.71 ～0.74 mg/L in female. In more than 60 years old group,the level was 0.92～0.98 and 0.92～ 0.96 mg/L in male,and 0. 85～0. 92,0. 91～0. 96 mg/L in female. Conclusion The level of serum cystatin C was non-ethnic and no gender differences in less than 1 year old and more than 60 years old, the level of serum cystatin C was gender differences ,but now ethnic differences in the group between 1 and 60 years old.
