摘  要:陶瓷复合装甲具有优良的抗弹性能,合理设置复合靶板各层厚度有利于提高其抗弹性能。文章采用非线性动力学程序AUTODYN,模拟了直径为8mm的圆柱形破片对钢/陶瓷/铝复合靶板的侵彻过程,分析侵彻过程中靶板的破坏机理。通过一系列模拟,分析钢面板厚度、陶瓷层厚度以及铝背板厚度对复合靶板抗侵彻性能的影响,研究表明在面密度一定时,减小面板厚度,增加陶瓷和铝背板厚度对复合靶板的抗弹性能有明显提高。The anti-bullet property of the ceramic composite armor can be improved by properly setting the thickness of each layer in the composite plate.The performance of 8mm diameter cylindrical fragment penetrating the compound target of steel/ceramic/aluminum was simulated by the dynamic nonlinear process AUTODYN,and the failure of compound target in the penetration process was analyzed.Through analyzing the influence of the thickness of front plate,the ceramic tile and rear plate on the anti-penetration properties of the compound target,it was found that when the surface density was constant,reducing the thickness of the front plate or increasing the thickness of the ceramic tile and rear plate could greatly improve the anti-bullet property.
