摘　　要：建立了黄河系统科技活动绩效评价指标体系，提出了基于灰色理论和层次分析方法的黄河系统科技活动绩效评估模型。In this paper, the index system for appraising the achievements & benefits of science and technology in the yellow river sector is set up, the model is proposed based on the theory of grey system and AHP, then the satisfactory results are got by using the model proposed to evaluate the achievements & benefits of science & technology in the Yellow river sector.
