摘 要:目的应用低剂量多层螺旋CT(multi-slice spiral computed tomography,MSCT)测量腹部脂肪的含量。材料与方法用猪肉及内脏器官模拟腹部成分制作模型,在管电压(kV)不变的条件下,测量不同管电流(mA)时,皮下、肌间、腹内脂肪的CT值和腹部脂肪体积百分率以及CT剂量指数(CTDI)值。结果在kV不变的条件下,mA不同时,皮下、肌间和腹内脂肪的CT值以及腹部脂肪体积百分率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而不同mA时,CTDI差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);mA与各部脂肪CT值和腹部脂肪体积百分率无相关性(P>0.05),mA与CTDI成正相关(P<0.01)。结论腹部脂肪CT值和脂肪体积百分率不随mA降低而发生变化,在低剂量条件下MSCT可以完成腹部脂肪含量的测量。Objective To apply low-dose multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in quantitively measuring of abdominal adipose tissue content. Materials and Methods To make an abdominal model with meat and visceral organs of a pig. CT values of the subcutaneous,intermuscular and visceral fat,and the abdominal adipose tissue volume percentage and CT dose index (CTDI) were measured with gradient decreasing tube current from 200mA in the same tube voltage (kV). Results There was no statistically significanct difference in CT values of the subcutaneous,intermuscular and visceral fat in different mA (P〈0.05).There was a significant difference of CTDI in different mA (P〈0.01).There is no relationship among the CT values,abdominal adipose tissue volume percentage and mA,CTDI is related to mA(P〈0.01). Conclusion CT values and the volume percentage of abdominal adipose tissue did not vary with decreasing of tube current. Low-dose MSCT scanning can be used to measure abdominal adipose tissue.
