摘  要:经高频端面淬火的小轴,因其端面面积小于传统的高频平面加热感应器的加热截面积,并由于集肤效应和尖角效应而容易造成轴端倒角附近区域组织过热过烧或端面圆心处硬度不足。用截面积小于轴端面积的导磁体加强的感应器从圆心处开始加热,可以得到满意的淬火组织和硬度。论文还讨论了这种小截面导磁体感应器的设计、制造、应用经济价值和技术意义。Because the area Ao of the end surface of the small axle is less than that of the heating section area ofthe conventional inductor of the high frequency induction hardening ,the end surface will be overheated or burnt at thecorner or underhardened at the centre due to skin effect and corner effect. Desired quenching structure and hardness canbe obtained by means of a magnetizer of area<Ao to strengthen the induction to the centre of the end surface. This paperalso discusses the design and manufacture of the inductor, as well as the economic and technical effect of the newmethod.
