摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道超声对孕早期胎儿畸形的诊断价值。方法应用经阴道超声对782例孕早期11～13+6周孕妇进行检查,将检出畸形与引产结果对照;孕早期未检出畸形者,中晚孕做胎儿超声检查及产后随访。结果孕早期共检出胎儿畸形24例;在随访到的615例孕早期未见异常者,中晚孕检出畸形4例。结论经阴道超声对孕早期胎儿畸形诊断有重要价值。Objective To explore the value of transvaginal ultrasound in fetal malformation at early trimester. Methods Seven hundred and eighty - two pregnant woman at llweeks - 14weeks of gestation were examined by transvaginal ultrasound. The positive results were compared with those after induced labor, and other pregnant women were followed up in the third trimester and after labour. Results There were 24 cases of fetal malformation diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound at first trimester. Six hundred and fifteen women with no abnormality at first trimester were followed up, abnormality was found in 4 cases in second or third trimester. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound plays an important role in early diagnosis of fetal malformation.
