摘　　要：目的探讨介入治疗小儿动脉导管未闭(PDA)的临床疗效.方法经临床和经胸超声心动图确诊PDA162例,采用经导管介入封堵术治疗,术后即刻采用造影或术后24h行经胸心脏超声检查观察疗效.结果封堵治疗疗效效果满意,成功率98.8%.结论通过封堵治疗PDA是一种成功率高,并发症少的一种可靠治疗手段。Objective Toevaluate the clinical value oftranscatheter closure for children with patent ductus arteriosus（PDA）.Methods 162 patients with PDA were diagnosed finally by clinical manifestation and transthoracie echocardiography（TTE）.All the defects were closed by transeatheter approach with the occluder and the efficiency was observed by left ventrieulography,aortography immediately and transthoracic echocardiography 24 hours after closing.Results The occlusion effects of transcatheter closure was satisfactory.The success rate was 98.8%.Conclusion Transcatheter closure is a safe,reliable and effective treatment for children with patent ductus arteriosus（PDA）
