庆祝首都医科大学建校50周年——心血管病专业学科建设进展

摘　　要：首都医科大学心血管病学科经过50年的潜心建设,已经在临床及科研工作上取得了丰硕的成果。针对威胁人民健康的常见心血管病和目前的薄弱环节,以心血管病流行病学调查、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的早期诊断和治疗策略、房颤的根治以及心血管疾病的中西医结合治疗和新防治模式作为主要的研究内容及方向,顺应我国医疗制度改革形势,开展大规模的心血管疾病危险因素调查和新因素探索,并结合预防、治疗,建立心血管疾病的社区防治模式。稳定的科研队伍,形成较为合理的研究梯队结构,营造学术氛围,为学科可持续发展奠定了基础。Department of Cardiology of Capital Medical University has been painstakingly constructed for 50 years,and has achieved fruitful outcomes both in clinical and research work. Considering the common threat of cardiovascular disease against the health of the public and the weakness aspects in this area,we focused our research on cardiovascular disease epidemiology,early diagnosis and treatment strategies of coronary heart disease,radical cure of atrial fibrillation,use of integrated traditional and western medicine in cardiovascular disease and formed a new prevention-cure mode. Following the situation in our medical system reform,we carried out a large-scale survey of risk factors for cardiovascular disease and explored new relative factors,combined prevention with treatment to establish a community-control model of cardiovascular disease. Stable research teams,reasonable echelon structure and satisfactory academic atmosphere laid the foundation for sustainable development in discipline construction.
